本文总结和归纳了作者和他人的实验资料,提出在过渡金属二元合金中,低稳定性化合物增大其非晶态形成倾向。讨论了组元晶体结构、原子半径差、组元电子构型、电负性差等因素与低稳定性化合物之间的关系。并提出了液相淬火二元非晶态合金形成经验规律。据此规律作者已探索出Ti-Pd,La-Si,Zr-Ga,Hf-Pd等非晶态新合金系。
This paper summarizes and summarizes the experimental data of authors and others, and proposes that low stability compounds increase their amorphous formation in transition metal binary alloys.
