本文首次提出了在炉前用冒泡法测铁水表面张力以判断铁水是否蠕化处理成功的设想。作者用研制的测定仪,在实验室中试测水、丙酮、易熔金属、以及在车间生产条件下试测各种铣水所得的数据。从而在理论上和实践上得到了初步的证实。在铁水温度正常且无铝的干扰的情况下,采用本快测法可在一分钟内(不待取样之铁水开始凝固)做出判断,并采取补救措施。这对于稳定生产、降低报废率、节省能源消耗及提高经济效益具有十分重要的意义。此快测法简便易行,仪器装置能适应车间生产条件,不需电器元件及高昂的维修保养。此快测法也可用于其它铸造合金的炉前检验。
In this paper, the idea of using bubble method to measure the surface tension of molten iron before the furnace is put forward for the first time to judge whether the molten iron is processed successfully. The author uses a developed analyzer to test water, acetone, fusible metals in the laboratory, as well as data from tests of various millings under the shop-floor conditions. Thus in theory and practice has been initially confirmed. In the case of normal hot metal temperature and without the interference of aluminum, the fast test can be used to judge and take remedial action within one minute (the molten iron not to be sampled starts to solidify). This is of great importance to stabilizing production, reducing scrap rate, saving energy consumption and improving economic efficiency. This fast test method is simple and easy, the instrument device can adapt to the workshop production conditions, without electrical components and high maintenance. This quick test can also be used for other casting alloy furnace test.
