思想政治工作是企业生产管理、创新发展的动力和源泉,经济新常态下,水利施工企业面临全新的环境和格局,思想政治工作应注重与实际的联系,在继承中力求创新,在创新中谋求发展。为此,本文分析了新时期企业思想政治工作的功能,梳理水利施工企业思想政治工作的现实挑战,并多角度诠释了水利施工企业思想政治工作的创新实践路径,以指导企业发展。
