In this paper, 74 cases of pediatric renal disease urine N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG) activity changes in 20 cases of acute nephritis, 11 cases of urinary enzyme activity was slightly elevated, 1 case of acute renal failure in children was extremely elevated , Urinary NAG increased hematuria in children with normal urinary NAG were significantly (xp = 0.05). 25 patients with nephrotic syndrome were significantly increased urinary enzymes, compared with acute nephritis significant difference (p <0.01). The results of primary and secondary renal diseases such as acute interstitial nephritis and Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis indicate that urinary NAG detection is a sensitive index and is of great value in identifying whether there is kidney damage.
