本文对6例室间隔缺损伴主动脉瓣脱垂作了临床分析,对发病原因、手术方法的选择作了讨论,并通过随访认为,不同类型的病儿采用不同手术,均取得满意疗效。
In this paper, 6 cases of ventricular septal defect with aortic valve prolapse were analyzed clinically. The causes of the disease and the choice of surgical methods were discussed. Through follow-up, different types of sick children were treated with different procedures and achieved satisfactory results.
