麻醉犬静脉给血压灵5mg/kg,平均动脉压降低33.12%,降压作用持续4～5小时。本品50mg/kg分别给麻醉犬、大鼠及猫灌胃,其血压分别降低22.54%、26.38%及28.95%,作用均持续5～7小时。在常压清醒大鼠,以血压灵100mg/kg灌胃,每日2次,连续3天,其血压降低15.13%,持续48小时。以同等剂量给清醒原发性高血压大鼠灌胃,每天2次,连续6天,其血压降低14.31%降压作用持续72小时。本品降压作用部位在中枢,其轻度α受体阻断作用及直接舒血管作用可能也参与降压作用。
Anesthetized dogs intravenously to the blood pressure Ling 5mg/kg, mean arterial pressure decreased by 33.12%, antihypertensive effect lasted 4 to 5 hours. This product 50mg/kg were given intragastrically to anesthetized dogs, rats and cats, their blood pressure were reduced by 22.54%, 26.38% and 28.95%, respectively, and the effects lasted for 5 to 7 hours. In normobaric conscious rats, blood pressure 100mg/kg gavage, 2 times a day, for 3 days, the blood pressure decreased by 15.13% for 48 hours. The same doses were given to awake primary hypertensive rats intragastrically twice a day for 6 consecutive days with a reduction in blood pressure of 14.31% and an antihypertensive effect lasting 72 hours. The antihypertensive effect of this product is in the center, and its mild alpha receptor blockade and direct vasodilatory effects may also be involved in antihypertensive effects.
