目的观察止泻散敷脐治疗小儿功能性腹泻的疗效和护理措施。方法将106例功能性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组55例和对照组51例,2组均给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊进行基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予止泻散敷脐治疗,对照组予蒙脱石散口服治疗,并给予相应的护理方法,1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后,观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.54%和86.28%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论止泻散敷脐及中医辨证施护治疗小儿功能性腹泻疗效显著,患儿依从性高,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect and nursing measures of diarrhea and Sanhe navel on pediatric functional diarrhea.
