The Kymera ™ FSR directional hybrid drill bit developed by Baker Hughes maintains fast, smooth, steady performance while drilling in complex carbonate formations. KymeraTMFSR drill bits have higher penetration rates, longer footage and higher directional drilling accuracy, allowing more oil to be drilled. Tricone bits are typically drilled at slower speeds and lower torques, and PDC bits are often drilled at high torques.
