采用RIA 法测定100例正常人(男70例、女30例,年龄平均53.3岁)、60例脑梗塞患者(男52例、女8例,年龄平均59.5)和20例脑梗塞伴脑萎缩患者(男16例、女4例,年龄平均62.7岁)全血Cu-Zu-SOD 含量,探讨脑梗塞和伴脑萎缩患者SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的变化及与自由基的关系。结果:脑梗塞组SOD 含量明显低于正常组(t=3.79,P<0.001);脑梗塞伴脑萎缩组SOD含量明显低于正常组和脑梗塞组(t 分别为7.31、2.34;P 分别<0.001、<0.05)。结果提
100 normal people (70 males and 30 females, average age 53.3 years old), 60 cerebral infarction patients (52 males and 8 females, mean age 59.5) and 20 cerebral infarction patients with brain atrophy (16 males and 4 females, with an average age of 62.7 years old), and to investigate the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the relationship with free radicals in patients with cerebral infarction and brain atrophy. Results: The SOD level in cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that in normal group (t = 3.79, P <0.001).
