混凝土路面的传统作法是每间隔一定的距离设置伸缩缝。伸缩缝的一般处理方法是 ,在分隔缝处加一道浸油的木丝板 ,上面再嵌入沥青油膏。这样的作法存在一定的缺陷 ,由于该处的混凝土路面突然断开 ,造成该路面的受力不均匀 ,待使用一段时间后 ,伸缩缝处的路面容易折断或混凝土掉角 ,使路面从伸缩缝处逐渐损坏 ,从而影响整个混凝土路面的使用寿命
