连云港市新浦区７所小学共７３３６名小学生进行体检，筛选出单纯性肥胖儿５５６人，发生率为７．６％；并对部分肥胖儿和正常儿童同时测定其血压和心功能。结果显示：①肥胖与血压升高直接相关；②重度肥胖可引起左室形态的改变而导致心功能不全
A total of 7336 pupils from 7 elementary schools in Xinpu District of Lianyungang City carried out physical examination, 556 simple obesity children were screened out, with a prevalence rate of 7.6%. Blood pressure and heart function were also measured in some obese children and normal children. The results showed that: ① obesity and blood pressure is directly related to; ② severe obesity can cause changes in left ventricular morphology resulting in cardiac dysfunction
