高１６０-侧平３８井是大庆油田在φ１３９．７ｍｍ（５1／2ｉｎ）套管内段铁开窗侧钻的水平井。根据大庆油田地层特点，开展了侧钻水平井钻井液体系的室内、现场试验。经室内试验，评选出了适合于侧钻水平井钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有好的流变性和抑制性；研制出了新的润滑防卡剂 ＲＦ及屏蔽封堵剂。通过现场试验，该钻井液体系满足了携带岩屑及钻井工程的需要，保证了井身质量和电测及固井的顺利施工。
High 160-side Ping 38 wells in Daqing Oilfield in φ139.7mm (51 / 2in) casing within the iron window sidetracking horizontal wells. According to the characteristics of strata in Daqing Oilfield, indoor and on-site tests on lateral drilling horizontal well drilling fluid system were carried out. The indoor test, selected for horizontal drilling horizontal drilling fluid system. The drilling fluid system has good rheology and inhibition; developed a new lubricant anti-carding agent RF and shielding plugging agent. Through on-site test, the drilling fluid system meets the needs of carrying debris and drilling engineering to ensure the well quality and electrical testing and cementing smooth construction.
