在构建指标体系基本原则的基础上,建立了矿区城市可持续发展的指标体系(包括三层结构和21个指标). 通过比较分析可持续发展的各种方法,充分考虑各种方法的优点和矿区城市的特点,提出层次分析法和数理统计方法相结合的状态趋势评价模型,它既反映某一时点的矿区城市可持续发展水平,又能综合对比出矿区城市可持续发展的动态状况. 最后对焦作市可持续发展状况进行了综合评价和综合分析,并提出了可持续发展的具体对策.
