本文探讨经阴道彩色多谱勒超声 (TVCDS)诊断输卵管间质部妊娠稽留流产的价值。结果表明 ,13例术前TVCDS与术后对照 ,除一例为子宫肌壁间妊娠外 ,其余均与病理结果相符。TVCDS是诊断输卵管间质部妊娠稽留流产的有效手段。

This article discusses the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TVCDS) diagnosis of missed tubal pregnancy missed abortion. The results showed that 13 cases of preoperative TVCDS and postoperative control, except for one case of uterine muscle wall pregnancy, the rest are consistent with the pathological results. TVCDS is an effective method to diagnose missed abortion in tubal pregnancy.
