本文以中国国民党《特种档案》为主,搭配日本军事史料、公文书及“国史馆”所藏之《汪精卫档案》,交互参照,探索中国国民党在二战期间,利用东亚在国际法下唯一的中立地区——澳门为舞台,所推动的情报工作与活动。本文认为,中国国民党在澳门当地的活动主要透过澳门支部的组织,在澳门官厅不得不屈从于日军威胁的情况下,勉力运作,除了提供港澳地区最新情报之外,尚提供滞港政治人物的活动概况、日军移动情形等相关情报,另也企图透过报刊宣传的方式,传达亲重庆的声音。此外,或也有暗杀活动交错其间。本文发现,澳门因其战时中立的特殊地位,成为重庆与日伪传递讯息与沟通的管道,接头的是孙科妹婿戴恩赛与汪精卫妻舅陈耀祖,这或许是一条颇为高层的秘密接触。最后,本文指出,抗日战争并非是国共两党在正面与敌后的任务两分,中国国民党在敌后工作或许也有值得肯定的贡献。
