运动量是指在体育教学及训练过程中身体所承受的生理负荷量。适宜的运动量能有助于加快掌握和提高运动技术以及增强体质,发展身体素质。因此,历来运动量被作为评定课的质量的重要因素之一。本文通过对高师体育专业女生体操课基本部分运动量的调查,采用直接测定和统计的方法,在取得较多数据的基础上进行统计学分析,提出了安排运动量的有关因素的适宜范围,为今后女生体操教学中合理安排运动量,提高课的质量提供参考。
Physical activity refers to the amount of physical stress the body bears during physical education and training. Appropriate amount of exercise can help speed up the mastery and improvement of sports techniques and enhance physical fitness, development of physical fitness. Therefore, the amount of exercise has been used as a measure of the quality of the class one of the important factors. Through the investigation of the basic physical activity amount of gymnastics class of PE majors in normal colleges and universities, using the method of direct measurement and statistics, the statistical analysis is made on the basis of obtaining more data, and the suitable range of the related factors of arranging physical activity is proposed. Gymnastics teaching reasonable arrangements for exercise, improve the quality of lessons provide a reference.
