采用柱色谱、制备型液相色谱等分离纯化技术,从报春石斛中分离得到13个化合物,根据理化性质以及波谱分析(1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS等)结果,分别鉴定为:(-)-dendroprimine(1)、古豆碱(2)、N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(3)、N-反式香豆酰酪胺(4)、腺苷(5)、鸟苷(6)、corchoionoside C(7)、sasanquin(8)、丁香脂素(9)、橙皮苷(10)、艾纳香素(11)、反式阿魏酸二十二烷基酯(12)和蔗糖(13)。其中,化合物8首次从石斛属植物中分离得到,而化合物3~7以及9~13系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Thirteen compounds were isolated from Dendrobium nobile by using column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The physicochemical properties and the results of spectral analysis (1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-MS) were identified as -) - dendroprimine (1), coumaran (2), N-trans ferulicotylamine (3), N-trans coumarin tyramide (4), adenosine Corchoionoside C (7), sasanquin (8), syringaresin (9), hesperidin (10), aromatase (11), behenyl trans ferulate (12) and sucrose (13). Among them, compound 8 was isolated from Dendrobium for the first time, and compounds 3 to 7 and 9 to 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
