目的 探讨国产紫杉醇对恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 1998年 8月至 1999年 4月用以国产紫杉醇为主的化疗方案治疗恶性肿瘤 2 8例。其中男性 15例 ,女性 13例 ;中位年龄 48岁 ;初治 1例 ,复治 2 7例 ;Ⅲ期 1例 ;Ⅳ期 2 7例。紫杉醇 +顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌 13例 ,PR 6例 ,有效率 46 .2 % ;紫杉醇 +顺铂治疗乳腺癌 12例 ,PR 7例 ,有效率 5 8.3 % ;本组总有效率 5 3 .6 % ,全组无CR者。结果 国产紫醇对乳腺癌疗效较优 ,对小细胞肺癌及非小细胞肺癌也有较好的疗效。毒性可为患者耐受。结论 紫杉醇是治疗乳腺癌及肺癌疗效较好的化疗药物。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of domestic paclitaxel on malignant tumors. Methods From August 1998 to April 1999, 28 cases of malignant tumors were treated with domestic paclitaxel - based chemotherapy. Including 15 males and 13 females; the median age of 48 years; initial treatment in 1 case, 27 cases of retreatment; Ⅲ in 1 case; Ⅳ stage 27 cases. Paclitaxel + cisplatin treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in 13 cases, PR 6 cases, the effective rate 46.2%; paclitaxel + cisplatin treatment of breast cancer in 12 cases, PR 7 cases, the effective rate of 5 8.3%; the total effective rate of 5 3 .6%, no CR in the whole group. The results of domestic alcohol better efficacy of breast cancer, small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer also have good effect. Toxicity can be patient tolerated. Conclusion paclitaxel is a good drug for the treatment of breast cancer and lung cancer.
