目的：探讨曲妥珠单抗在治疗HER-2高表达的胃癌患者中出现的毒副作用及采取的护理措施。方法使用曲妥珠单抗前对患者进行全面评估，准确的用药剂量，对所需药物的稀释液进行妥善保管，对用药过程中产生的不良反应做相应的观察和积极护理。结果患者用药过程顺利。结论通过对HER-2高表达的胃癌患者的评估、用药护理和观察，及过程中掌握正确的稀释方法、使用剂量、补液速度，及时发现不良反应等，积极干预，有效保证患者用药的顺利完成。“,”Objective:Discuss trastuzumab in patients with gastric cancer treatment appear HER-2 overexpression in side effects and nursing measures.Methods:Before using trastuzumab in patients with a comprehensive assessment and accurate dose of the drug dilutions were required to keep on adverse drug reactions generated in the process to do the appropriate observation and active care.Results:The successful conclusion of patient medication.Conclusions:The evaluation of patients with gastric cancer HER-2 overexpression, the medication care and observation, and the process to master the correct dilution method using a dose, infusion rate, the timely detection of adverse reactions, active intervention, effectively ensuring the successful completion of patient medication.
