血管瘤是口腔颌面部的常见疾病,由血管发育畸形而形成的一种先天性良性肿瘤。它不仅给人们的容貌上带来了影响,而且对人们的健康也造成了威胁,所以得了血管瘤,一定要及时治疗。因其诊断容易但治疗困难,以往对此病的治疗主要选择手术切除,由于部位特殊,周界不清,不能达到根治的目的,且留下面部的疤痕,影响美观。因此,自2008年以来,我科采用醋酸曲安奈德内注射口腔颌面部血管瘤24例,获得较好的效果,现总结如下。临床资料
