发展党员工作是党的建设的一个重要组成部分,是坚持党的基本路线一百年不动摇的组织保证,也是党的事业兴旺发达和后继有人的重大措施。特别是在建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,如何在保持党组织的先进性和纯洁性的基础上,认真研究企业党员发展工作面临的挑战,重视组织发展的质量,积极而又慎重地做好党员发展工作,是贯彻党的十五届四中全会精神的一个重要课题,本文试就这一问题谈一些粗浅的认识。

This article tries to talk about some superficial understanding on this issue.
