1968年Gass首次报告急性后极部多发性鳞状色素上皮病。1984年前国内仅报告2例,我院1985年收治1例,现报告如下。患者女性,15岁,1984年12月因严重精神创伤经常哭泣,次年元月检查左眼视力0.1,右眼1.5,一般治疗后未见好转。6月右睛视力突然下降而来我院。发病与月经无关;无药物过敏史;无风湿病、结核病史;无猫、狗接触史。体格检查无阳性发现。眼科
1968 Gass first reported acute posterior pole multiple squamous pigmented epithelial disease. Before 1984, only 2 cases were reported in our country and 1 case was admitted to our hospital in 1985. The report is as follows. Female patient, 15 years old, December 1984 Wept often because of severe traumatic injury, check the left eye vision of the following month January 0.1, right eye 1.5, the general treatment did not improve. Right eye suddenly fell to our hospital in June. The incidence of menstruation has nothing to do; no drug allergy history; no rheumatism, history of tuberculosis; no cats, dogs exposure history.
