我区进行社区教育的试点工作,始自1988年,至今已有12年的时间。回顾12年的发展历程,可以用这样一句话来概括:“研口区的社区教育在开拓中前进,在创新中发展”。对构想的“政府牵头,教委操作,街乡为主,条块结合,三层推进,四级网络,资源共享,发展社区”的社区教育管理模式,进行了较成功的实验。大致经历了如下三个发展阶段:一、适应发展,初步尝试阶段。
