以反相高效液相色谱法测定中药靖巅饮口服液中阿魏 酸的含量。色谱柱： Ｓｈｉｍ ｐａｃｋ＿ Ｃ Ｌ Ｃ＿ Ｏ Ｄ Ｓ （６ ×１５０ ｍ ｍ ， ５ μｍ ） ； 流动相： 甲醇 － 二 氯甲 烷 － 水－ 冰 乙 酸 （３７ ．５∶２ ∶６０ ∶０ ．５ ） ； 检 测 波长： ３１３ ｎ ｍ ； 流 速：０ ．５ ｍ Ｌ／ ｍｉｎ ； 柱温 ２５ ℃。阿 魏酸 在 ０ ．０４８４ ～１ ．２１００ μｇ 范 围内 具有 良 好的 线 性关 系， ｒ ＝ ０ ．９９９０ ， 回 收率 为９７ ．４７ ％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ＝ ３ ．２４ ％ 。
