目的分析影响未婚人工流产年轻女性避孕行为的相关因素。方法采用个人问卷调查811例自愿要求行早期人工流产术的未婚年轻妇女。结果未婚年轻女性避孕知识主要来源于传播媒介,而来源于专业计划生育人员和医务人员的仅占8.6%。64.5%愿意听从医生建议选择避孕措施。目前所采取的避孕方式主要为避孕套、避孕药、体外排精和安全期避孕。选择避孕措施理由主要为安全无副作用、方便省事和认为有效,仅有13.1%表示对目前的避孕措施满意。近3个月未采取避孕措施占45.4%,而未避孕的理由主要是自以为不会怀孕以及疏忽大意。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度和既往流产次数是影响未婚年轻女性采取避孕措施的因素。结论亟需加强对未婚女青年有关避孕知识以及安全性行为知识的教育,提高未婚年轻女性身心健康水平。
Objective To analyze the related factors affecting the contraceptive behavior of young women who have not had an abortion. Methods A single questionnaire was used to survey 811 unmarried young women who volunteered to have early abortion. Results The knowledge of young women who were unmarried came mainly from the media, and only 8.6% came from professional family planning and medical staff. 64.5% Willing to follow doctor’s advice on contraception. The contraceptive methods currently used are mainly condoms, contraceptives, in vitro ejaculation and safe contraception. The reasons for choosing contraception are mainly safety, no side effects, convenience and convenience, and only 13.1% are satisfied with the current contraceptive measures. In the recent 3 months, 45.4% of them did not take contraception, and the reasons for not using contraception are mainly because they think they will not get pregnant and will be negligent. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, educational level and the number of previous abortions were the factors influencing the contraceptive measures of unmarried young women. Conclusions There is an urgent need to strengthen the education of unmarried young women about contraception and safety behavior and to improve the physical and mental health of unmarried young women.
