硬化性间质瘤是一种罕见的卵巢良性肿瘤。Chalvardjian等首次报告及定名,并对组织形态作了详细的描述。此后有散在的病例报告。最近我们也遇到一例,现报告如下: 患者女,29岁,(病理号147511)。1981年开始阴道不规则出血,近年加剧,月经周期缩短为15至20天,每次持续3至5天。1986年6月13日月经来潮至7月5日未净,在外院刮宫诊断为增殖期子宫内膜,部分呈增殖症改变伴腺瘤样增生。25岁结婚,1孕1胎(1982年11月)顺产。体检:子宫后位,无增大,但活动受限,其左侧可触及7×6×5 cm囊性肿物,
