眼镜蛇神经毒素与心脏毒素分别具有显著的镇痛活性和抗肿瘤活性。这两种毒素同源性高,等电点,分子质量以及蛋白结构都很相似,给分离纯化造成一定难度。获得单一成分的神经毒素和心脏毒素是理化性质分析、药理活性研究和临床应用的前提,文章综述了多年来舟山眼镜蛇蛇毒中神经毒素与心脏毒素的分离纯化研究进展。
Cobra neurotoxin and cardiotoxin, respectively, have significant analgesic activity and anti-tumor activity. These two toxins have high homology, isoelectric point, molecular mass and protein structure are very similar, resulting in a certain degree of difficulty in separation and purification. Obtaining single components of neurotoxin and cardiotoxin is a prerequisite for the analysis of physicochemical properties, pharmacological activity and clinical application. The progress of the isolation and purification of neurotoxin and cardiotoxin from the cobra venom in Zhoushan over the years is reviewed.
