目的探讨计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)氧化钴全瓷冠在口腔修复中的作用。方法选取许昌市中心医院2013年7月—2014年7月收治的74例需行牙齿修复手术患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(例数=37)及对照组(例数=37),对照组患者采用合金烤瓷修复病变牙齿,观察组患者采用CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果观察组患者颜色不匹配、修复体损害、边缘不合适、牙齿松动等发生率1.67%,均低于对照组34.48%(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率97.30%,高于对照组81.08%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论针对牙齿修复患者,采用CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠治疗,患者疼痛轻,并发症少,不影响口腔功能,安全稳定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the role of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM) cobalt oxide all ceramic crowns in oral repair. Methods Totally 74 patients undergoing dental restoration surgery in Central Hospital of Xuchang from July 2013 to July 2014 were divided into observation group (n = 37) and control group (n = 37) by random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with alloy porcelain to repair the diseased teeth. The patients in the observation group were treated with CAD / CAM zirconia all-ceramic crown. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of color mismatch, prosthesis damage, improper margin and loosening of teeth in observation group were all lower than those in control group by 1.67% (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate in observation group was 97.30%, which was higher than that in control group % (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For dental restoration patients, CAD / CAM zirconia all-ceramic crown treatment, patients with mild pain, fewer complications, does not affect the oral function, safety and stability, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
