The authors review the literature, there are 31 cases of intracranial aneurysm rupture in cerebral angiography bleeding, the prognosis is poor. This article reports another four cases of cerebrovascular angiography and confirmed spontaneous hemorrhage caused by intracranial aneurysm (one of which was unreported previously reported arteriovenous malformation occurred in the angiography). The author again emphasizes the dangers of this possible complication. The authors conclude that complications of cerebral angiography are rare, such as Niozuma re-bleeding in 939 cases of cystic aneurysm cerebral angiography in only 1 case (0.105%). 5,484 cases of cerebral angiography in the United States
