产后型上矢状窦血栓形成,临床上并非罕见。我科1976至1986年收治的17例,误诊为产后子痫8例,产后感染4例,误诊率达70.6％,现结合临床资料讨论如下。临床资料 1.年龄:21—43岁,平均28岁。 2.产科情况:(1)胎次:第一胎11例,第二胎5例,第三胎1例;(2)胎位:头位16例,臀位1例;(3)合并妊娠中毒症5例,其中下肢高度浮肿3例,高血压4例,蛋白尿3例,产前及产时抽风2例;余12例均无妊娠中毒症表现。
Posterior sagittal sinus thrombosis, clinically not uncommon. Our department from 1976 to 1986 admitted 17 cases, misdiagnosed as postpartum eclampsia in 8 cases, 4 cases of postpartum infection, misdiagnosis rate of 70.6%, are combined clinical data are discussed below. Clinical data 1. Age: 21-43 years, mean 28 years old. 2. obstetric conditions: (1) parity: 11 cases of the first child, the second child in 5 cases, third child in 1 case; (2) fetal position: 16 cases of head position, breech 1 case; (3) 5 cases of disease, of which 3 cases of high limb edema, hypertension in 4 cases, 3 cases of proteinuria, prenatal and postpartum ventilation in 2 cases; more than 12 cases showed no gestational toxicosis.
