做班主任工作,其中很重要的一块就是对于后进生的教育问题。每个班级都不可避免、不同程度地存在着后进生,他们的表现对班级班风的影响甚大,对我们的教育教学管理增加了一定的难度。因此如何转化后进生是班主任工作的重中之重,我做班主任十多年了,深深体会到转化后进生是一个比较复杂的系统工程,其中关键的问题是教育方法的问题。只要教育方法得当,就一定能取得好的效果。我的感受就是给他们一个鼓励的微笑。
Do class teacher, one of the most important piece is for the education of post-graduation problems. Each class is unavoidable, and to some extent, there is a backward life. Their performance has a great influence on class classes and increases the difficulty of our education and teaching management. Therefore, it is a top priority for the class teacher to make a living after graduation. As a teacher in charge of a class for over ten years, I deeply realized that after the transformation, students’ life is a relatively complicated systematic project. The key issue is the issue of education methods. As long as the education method is appropriate, it will certainly achieve good results. My feeling is to give them a encouraging smile.
