油井出砂、出水是开采过程中普遍存在的问题,目前普遍做法是二次作业:先堵水、后防砂。为了节约成本,提出了防砂堵水一体化技术的研究思路。该技术是将含有油溶性添加剂和增孔剂的防砂选堵剂一次性注入地层,通过固化在井筒周围形成具有较高强度的固结体,起到堵水作用。在出油层位,由于存在油溶性颗粒,再造了渗透率,使原油能过通过孔隙流入井筒,而挡砂性能不变。从而形成了过油不过水的挡砂屏障,起到了防砂堵水一体化的效果。
