我们对接触噪声的纺织工人391例进行非听觉统系的职业性体检。检查结果与对照比较:自觉症状是以神经衰弱、烦恼、耳呜、心悸为突出,血压、脉搏和心电图无明显改变,脑血流图略有改变,血清胆固醇和甘油三脂有明显升高,血象的血红旦白、红细胞总数明显降低,自细胞总数和嗜酸性细胞改变不大,但中性粒细胞有明显降低和淋巴细胞相对坛高,女工月经失调和甲状腺肿大有升高趋势,尿VMA显著坛高,视力模糊、红色视野缩小有明显坛高,但色觉减弱和瞳孔大小的改变是没有意义的,虹膜黑色素沉着与噪声性耳聋易感性未见相关。
We conducted a non-auditory, occupational medical examination of 391 textile workers exposed to noise.
