目的:取家兔血浆作为灌流液,用于离体肾的实验研究,为该方法在我国更广泛地开展提供实验依据。方法:20只健康家兔分为血清、全血和血浆稀释液三组。经左肾动脉插管、离体、缺血和再灌流,分别检测各组肾的尿生成情况和超微结构的变化。结果:血浆稀释液组的肾脏尿生成时间可达1.53±0.77小时,平均尿量为1.82±1.65ml·min-1。肉眼未见明显肾肿胀。电镜下可见肾小球滤过膜和肾小管上皮细胞结构的损害明显轻于全血稀释组。结论:自体血浆可作为一种常规灌流液用于离体肾的实验研究。
OBJECTIVE: To take rabbit plasma as a perfusion fluid for the experimental study of isolated kidney, and to provide an experimental basis for the method to be carried out more widely in our country. Methods: Twenty healthy rabbits were divided into three groups: serum, whole blood and plasma dilution. Left renal artery cannulation, in vitro, ischemia and reperfusion, were detected in each group of renal urine formation and ultrastructure changes. Results: In the plasma dilution group, the urine production time of kidney reached up to 1.53 ± 0.77 hours and the average urine output was 1.82 ± 1.65ml · min-1. No obvious eye swelling of the naked eye. Electron microscopy showed glomerular filtration membrane and tubular epithelial cell damage was significantly lighter than the whole blood dilution group. Conclusion: Autologous plasma can be used as a routine perfusate for the experimental study of isolated kidneys.
