目的探讨葛根素(Puerarin,Pur),磷脂(Phospholipids,P)和乳化葛根素(emulsivePuerarin,ePur)对家兔血液流变学及微循环指标的影响及P对Pur的作用。方法用血液流变测定仪和微循环监测仪分别测定正常组家兔,iv30mg·kg-1P、Pur和ePur30min后血液流变学和微循环各项指标。结果用药组与正常对照组比较,血液粘滞度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原含量及血沉等血液流变学指标均有明显改善(P<0.01),并有扩张微动脉血管(P<0.001),加快微血管血流速度作用(P<0.01),三用药组之间比较也均有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论P,Pur和ePur均有改善血液流变学和微循环指标的作用,三者作用强度为ePur>Pur>P,证明磷脂可增强葛根素的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Puerarin (Pur), phospholipids (P) and emulsified Puerarin (ePur) on hemorheology and microcirculation in rabbits and the effect of P on Pur. Methods Hemorheology and microcirculation indexes of rabbits in normal group, iv30mg · kg-1P, Pur and ePur30min were determined by hemorheology analyzer and microcirculation monitor respectively. Results The blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis time, fibrinogen content, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hemorheology indexes were significantly improved in the drug-treated group compared with the normal control group (P <0.01) (P <0.001), and accelerated the microvascular velocity (P <0.01). There was also a significant difference between the three groups (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusions Both P, Pur and ePur can improve hemorheology and microcirculation indexes. The action intensities of the three groups are ePur> Pur> P, which proves that phospholipid can enhance the effect of puerarin.
