The reform project of the fly ash brick production line of Wuhan Silicate Product Factory, which was included in the national energy-saving demonstration project for building materials industry, was recently completed and put into operation. After the transformation of the production line introduced the German 550 fully automated brick pressing unit to replace the original domestic 16-hole brick machine, and made major improvements to the grinding, mixing and other process systems. The fly ash brick produced by the new production line passed the technical appraisal organized by the Wuhan City Construction Committee on August 13, 1994. After inspection, the product quality of this brick ranks at the domestic advanced level, and the strength reaches MU20 (200~#).
