由苏州铸造机械研究所、苏州铸造机械厂与广州华南缝纫机铸造厂设计制造的XZ4210型水平分型脱箱射压造型自动线安装调试成功,并于1986年2月27日至3月1日于广州华南缝纫机铸造厂通过技术鉴定。来自研究所、工厂和高等院校等20多人参加了会议。该造型线是在1985年12月安装完毕开始调试生产的。造型线主机采用双面型板,上、下箱同时侧射和脱箱造型的方式,合模精度高。该机适用于生产扁薄型铸件。砂箱
The XZ4210 horizontal split-off box-type injection molding automatic line designed and manufactured by Suzhou Foundry Machinery Research Institute, Suzhou Foundry Machinery Factory and Guangzhou South China Sewing Machine Foundry was successfully installed and debugged. From February 27 to March 1, 1986 in Guangzhou South China sewing machine foundry passed the technical appraisal.
