我厂铸造车间四立柱气动微震造型线,由于浇注位置比出铁位置高400毫米,在安装浇注轨道时采用了汽吊提升装置(如图所示)。升降轨道的两端分别装了上升行程开关和下降行程开关:当升降浇注包滚轮经过升降轨道低端,触动上升行程开关,通过二位四通双电控滑阀使汽吊动作,将升降轨道拉至与上轨道水平位置;当升降包进入上轨道,又触动下降行程开关,汽吊又一次动作、轨道下降复位。这样解决了高度差的问题,效果较好。
