测定了空苞栗和正常栗子房内源激素含量与果实直径生长规律 ,并采用通径分析法研究了它们之间的关系。结果表明 ,正常栗胚胎发育期子房内源 GA1+ 3、i PAS含量和 ( GA1+ 3+i PAS) /ABA值呈现出“双峰”型变化模式 ;而子房内源 ABA含量变化趋势相反 ,且幅度较小。正常栗果实直径生长率的变化过程与子房内源 GA1+ 3、i PAS含量和 ( GA1+ 3+ i PAS) /ABA值的变化趋势基本一致。总苞直径生长率与子房 i PAS含量和 ( GA1+ 3+ i PAS) /ABA值间存在极显著的线性关系 ,决定系数为 0 .81 2 0 ,且 i PAS含量比 ( GA1+ 3+ i PAS) /ABA值对总苞直径生长率的影响更大 ;坚果直径生长率则与子房 GA1+ 3含量间有极显著的线性关系 ,决定系数为 0 .8795。空苞栗子房内源激素含量及其比值在整个胚胎发育期未出现明显的峰值 ,且子房内源 GA1+ 3、i PAS含量和 ( GA1+ 3+ i PAS) /ABA值呈下降趋势 ,ABA含量呈上升趋势。空苞栗果实生长过程同正常栗间的差异与其子房内源激素含量及平衡的差异有关。

The contents of endogenous hormones and their ratios in empty-chestnuts showed no significant peak during the whole embryonic development period, and the content of endogenous GA1 + 3, i-PAS and (GA1 + 3+ i PAS) / ABA in the ovary decreased. Upward trend. The difference between the growth of empty chestnut fruit and normal chestnut is related to the difference of endogenous hormones content and balance in ovary.
