用马协 A、丛广 41 A和珍汕 97A与 1 3个水稻品系杂交 ,对三者的遗传行为进行了比较。结果表明 ,马协 A和珍汕 97A的恢保关系基本相同 ,其核不育基因等位 ,同属孢子体不育类型 ,其恢复性受 1~ 2对显性核基因控制 ;丛广 41 B、密阳 2 3具 1对恢复基因 ,明恢 63具 2对恢复基因。丛广 41 A的不育性受 1对隐性核基因和不育细胞质共同控制 ,其核不育基因与珍汕97A不等位 ,属配子体不育类型 ,但有极少数 S( r)花粉参与受精异常传递给后代 ;其恢复性受 1对显性核基因控制 ,密阳 2 3有 1对强恢复基因 ,珍汕 97有 1对弱恢复基因 ,二者可能不等位。
The results showed that the genetic behavior of the three breeds was compared with that of the other breeds, including A, A, Congguang 41 A and Zhenshan 97A.
