各位来宾、同志们:大家好!今天,由中国有色金属加工工业协会主办的“中国有色金属加工行业技术进步、产业升级大会”在美丽的苏州召开了。这次会议,是在我国经济发展方式面临重大转变、党的十八届三中全会即将对全面深化改革做出部署的关键时刻召开的,对于动员全体有色金属加工企业,抓住深化改革开放新机遇,增强紧迫感,加快转型升级步伐,具有重要意义。首先,我代表中国有色金属工业协会,对会议的召开表示热烈的祝贺,对有色金属加工行业全体干部职工致以亲切的问候!
Ladies and Gentlemen, Everyone! Today, the “Technical Progress and Industrial Upgrading Conference of China Nonferrous Metals Processing Industry” organized by China Nonferrous Metals Processing Industry Association was held in beautiful Suzhou. This meeting is a major change in the way of economic development in our country. The Third Plenary Session of the Party’s 18th CPC Central Committee will hold a crucial moment to make arrangements for the overall deepening of the reform. It is a crucial moment for mobilizing all non-ferrous metal processing enterprises, deepening the reform and opening up Opportunities, enhance the sense of urgency, accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading, of great significance. First of all, on behalf of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, I would like to extend my warm congratulation on the convening of the conference and my cordial greetings to all the cadres and workers in the nonferrous metal processing industry.
