第九届全国人民代表大会第三次会议经过审查并根据全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会的审查报告,决定批准国务院提出的2000年中央预算,同意财政部部长项怀诚受国务院委托所作的《关于1999年中央和地方预算执行情况及2000年中央和地方预算草案的报告》。

The third session of the Ninth National People’s Congress passed the review and according to the examination report of the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People’s Congress decided to approve the 2000 central budget proposed by the State Council and agreed that the Minister of Finance Xiang Huai Cheng should be entrusted by the State Council to “ Report on the Implementation of the Central and Local Budget in 1999 and the Draft Central and Local Budget for 2000 ”.
