目的：探讨舍曲林联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症与单用舍曲林治疗的疗效比较。方法：我院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的抑郁症患者，选择其中80例，随机分进常规组和治疗组，常规组抑郁症患者给予舍曲林治疗，治疗组抑郁症患者给予舍曲林联合奥氮平治疗，治疗为期1个月，严格记录患者治疗过程中的情况，在分别对比两组患者的治愈情况、临床治疗效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果：治疗组患者的治愈情况比常规组患者明显好，治疗组患者的临床治疗效果也比常规组患者明显高，治疗组患者的不良反应发生情况比常规组患者明显少，（P＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义。结论：舍曲林联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症的效果比单用舍曲林治疗的效果更好，并且患者的不良反应发生情况更少，值得临床治疗的推广和应用。“,”To investigate the ef icacy of sertraline combined with olanzapine treatment of depression with sertraline alone comparison.Methods:From January 2013 -Patients with de-pression treated in January 2014,the choice of which 80 cases were randomly divided into the conventional group and treatment group,patients given conventional group depression sertraline treatment group were treated for depression Sertraline joint olanzapine treatment,for a period of one month,strict records of patients during treatment,the incidence of cure in each case compa-ring two groups of patients,clinical ef ects and adverse reactions.Results:The treatment group were significantly bet er than conventional cure patients,clinical outcomes in patients treated group was significantly higher than normal in patients with adverse reactions in patients treated with the occurrence of significantly less than conventional patients,(P <0.05)a statistical y sig-nificant dif erence.Conclusion:The ef ect of sertraline combined ef ect of olanzapine treatment of depression than single treatment with sertraline bet er,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients less worthy of promotion and application of clinical treatment.
