一、研究拉刀副后角的意义我们仔细地去观察一把使用中的拉刀就会发现,最先和最大的磨损是在切削刃和分屑槽的交接处,即交角A、F处(见图1),有时拉刀出现崩刃,也常是在尖角A处,造成此处磨损快的原因是: 1、呈尖角,强度差,故易磨损和崩刃。2、散热条件差(散热和ψ角的大小有关,见图3)。3、易粘屑(拉削表面光洁恶化的原因之一)。4、磨制分屑槽时,此处易退火。5、拉刀副后角的大小是造成磨损的重要
