12Cr1MoV钢是电站锅炉的常用钢种,实际使用中承受的温度和载荷是不断波动。本工作研究了该钢在二种超温和一组短时超载状态下的强度变化,研究表明:该钢在580℃的使用温度下可以经受40℃的短时超温及1kg/mm~2应力的短时超载作用。金相检验发现该钢所含的贝氏体量和晶粒度的大小是影响该钢高温强度的二个主要因素,为了提高该钢在短时超温或超载状态下的承载能力,可适当提高其贝氏体含量和晶粒度的大小。
12Cr1MoV steel is commonly used in power plant boiler steel, the actual use of the temperature and load is constantly fluctuating. This work studied the strength change of the steel under two ultra-mild and a group of short-time overload conditions. The results show that the steel can withstand short-time over-temperature of 40 ℃ and stress of 1kg / mm ~ 2 under the temperature of 580 ℃ Short-term overload effect.
