提高白喉杆菌培养检出率,是防治白喉工作中的关键问题之一。作者曾对有关这方面的几个问题作了实验探讨,结果如下。材料与方法一、标本的采取:标本均采自我院儿科确诊为白喉的住院患儿及部分成人带菌者。
