我厂在生产过程中,遇到铸瓦车削加工问题,原使用夹具加工,工艺复杂,技术要求高,一般不易掌握。现改用把铸瓦象铜瓦一样,焊接后加工,经过反复试验,焊接性能良好,已成批投入生产。方法和配方1.铸瓦焊接面刨平。技术要求:不平行度允差0.02;光洁度▽4以上。2.镀铜前要严格去锈、去油、去污。做法是:(1)盐酸冲洗去锈。(2)去油配方:氢氧化钠60～100克/毫升;碳酸钠20～40克/毫升;磷
