本文推导了溶出过渡时间与各种实验参数的关系式.在玻碳汞膜电极和玻碳电极上实验了金属离子的价态、氧化剂的种类和浓度、支持电解质浓度、溶液的粘度、明胶、电极面积、汞膜厚度及温度等各种实验参数对溶出过渡时间的影响.对某些二价和三价离子以及还原电位较正的一价离子,实验结果基本与导出的表示式一致,但对一价铊离子实验值与计算值偏差很大,其原因尚待研究.
