目的联合应用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)和日本心理亚健康分型诊断量表(MHP)中文版筛查社区心理性亚健康人群,并对所用量表的信度进行评价。方法应用前瞻性队列研究方法,对天津市宁河县某社区居民进行筛查,排除躯体、精神和心理性疾病人群后,采用SCL-90和MHP中文版两个量表筛查心理性亚健康者,并对两个量表进行信度评价。结果共纳入受试者1590例,完成SCL-90量表测量者1101例,完成率为87.94%,其中772例被判定为心理亚健康态;完成MHP量表测量者1013例,完成率为80.91%,其中491例被判定为心理亚健康态。在1101例中两个量表共同判别有989例为心理性亚健康,心理性亚健康在健康人群中发生率为89.83%。SCL-90量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.97,MHP量表Cron-bach’sα系数为0.889。结论 SCL-90和MHP中文版均可用于筛查心理性亚健康者,且两个量表均具有较好信度。
OBJECTIVE To screen 90 sub-healthy Chinese community of psychologically sub-healthy people by using SCL-90 and MHP Chinese version, and to evaluate the reliability of the scale used. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted to screen residents of a community in Ninghe County, Tianjin, and to exclude people with somatic, mental and psychological conditions. Two scales, SCL-90 and MHP, were used to screen for psychological sub-health The reliability of the two scales was evaluated. Results A total of 1590 subjects were enrolled in the study, and 1101 SCL-90 scale participants were completed. The completion rate was 87.94%, of which 772 were judged to be mental sub-healthy state. A total of 1013 MHP scale measurers completed with a completion rate of 80.91 %, Of which 491 cases were sentenced to psychological sub-health state. In 1101 cases, the two scales jointly determined that there were 989 cases of psychological sub-health, psychological sub-health in the healthy population was 89.83%. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the SCL-90 scale was 0.97 and the Cron-bach’s alpha coefficient of the MHP scale was 0.889. Conclusion Both Chinese version of SCL-90 and MHP can be used to screen psychologically sub-healthy people, and both scales have good reliability.
