目的分析评价贵州省荔波县实施全球基金中国疟疾项目的效果,为开展消除疟疾工作提供经验。方法在强化技能培训、广泛开展宣传教育的基础上,以控制传染源为主,积极开展血检监测、病例治疗管理与疫点处置。结果疟疾发病率由项目实施前2009年的4.66/万下降到项目实施后2012年为0,流行范围也由之前的15个乡镇减少至0,居民防治知识知晓率提高了37.4%。结论荔波县在全球基金疟疾项目的支持下,疟疾防治基础得到加强,业务人员素质得到提高,居民防治知识知晓程度有了提高,疟疾流行得到有效控制,项目实施效果显著。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of implementing the Global Fund China Malaria Project in Libo County, Guizhou Province, and provide experience in eliminating malaria. Methods On the basis of intensive skills training and extensive publicity and education, the main sources of infection were controlled and blood test monitoring, case treatment management and epidemic treatment were actively carried out. As a result, the incidence of malaria dropped from 46.6 thousand in 2009 to 0 since its implementation in 2012, and its prevalence range also dropped from 0 to 0 in the previous 15 townships. The awareness rate of residents in prevention and control of diseases has risen by 37.4%. Conclusion Libo County, with the support of the Global Fund for Malaria Project, has strengthened its malaria prevention and treatment base, improved the quality of its staff, improved awareness of residents’ prevention and control, effective control of the malaria epidemic and remarkable project implementation.
